What matters most to Shante is how she affects others with her singing and voice teaching. What makes Shante stand out as teacher is her ability to help students identify what is holding them back and from there build techniques to allow that individual to rise above whatever is holding them back. In doing this, the individual becomes a far greater singer and a more confident person as well.

Singing and teaching isn't something that Shante does, it's who she is at her very core.

"...You have made such a big impact in my life with singing and just in my life in general... You radiate so much positive energy, you always pushed me and told me I am capable and can do it, thank you so much Shante,,,"
